Featured Authors

  • Spots on the “Featured Author” page are provided by invitation only, and it is my way of saying “Thank You” to those writers.
  • They are offered to people who I consider to offer a great service to the writing community, and their fellow writers.
  • Many of these authors have been part of my writing career at one point or another, have helped train fellow authors, or been recommended by people who’s opinions I trust.

Sarah Buhrman

Sarah has been writing for more than 25 years, starting with poetry before moving on to non-fiction and fiction. She lives in the Midwest with two monsters (the kids), an ogre (the hubby), and whatever drama-llama is coming to visit this week. Sarah is the author of the Runespells series: Too Wyrd, Fluffy Bunny, and The Chains That Bind. She has short stories in several anthologies, including Counterclockwise: A Time Travel Anthology, A Twist of Fate: A Collection of 11 Twisted Fairy Tales, and Whispers of Hope: A Lexis Infinitum Charity Anthology. Phoebe Darqueling

Phoebe Darqueling is the pen name of a globe trotting vagabond who currently hangs her hat in Freiburg, Germany.

In her “real life” she writes curriculum for a creativity competition for kids in MN. She loves all things Steampunk and writes about her obsession on SteampunkJournal.org. She’s been part of several Collaborative Writing Challenge releases, and you can also find her short horror retelling of Pinocchio in The Queen of Clocks and Other Steampunk Tales. Her first novels, Riftmaker and No Rest for the Wicked, are hitting shelves Spring 2019.

A. F. Stewart

A steadfast and proud sci-fi and fantasy geek, A. F. Stewart was born and raised in Nova Scotia, Canada and still calls it home.

The youngest in a family of seven children, she always had an overly creative mind and an active imagination. She favours the dark and deadly when writing—her genres of choice being fantasy and horror—but she has been known to venture into the light on occasion.

As an indie author she’s published novels, novellas and story collections, with a few side trips into poetry.

Richard White

Richard White is an author of many genres. He dabbles in Western Fiction, Crime Fiction, Espionage, Historical Fiction, Poetry, and Urban Fantasy. 2019, he plans to share his books in two ways, traditional, and mainstream them on his patreon page.
